Assist the automation team for operation and support for FASTRAK360 and integrated systems.Interact with business users, loan officers, Mortgage consultants, sales and vendors. Develop test summary documents, test scenarios, data test and test cases. Preform manual testing to assess LOS System functionality, performance. Prepare daily/Weekly and final testing reports, Identify new processes, and find gaps in existing processesCurrently training as a System Administrator for Encompass360 - training covers providing user support on the Encompass 360 loan origination system (LOS). Responsibilities include the creation of technical rules, maintenance enhancements, administrative changes, compliance rules, group policies, user rights,update/add associates, Business Contacts, Create E-mail Templates create, update and modify business requirements. Has been tasked with leading our Support Team during deployment, which includes developing a basic training manual on how to solve minor Level 1 issues (most common). This will also include training material to teach the FT Support Tech to create credentials for a new associates.
