UNC's Operational Excellence team acts as a catalyst for change and a champion of transformation to support the University’s key mission of teaching, research, and public service. In partnership with the Carolina community, Operational Excellence leads UNC Schools, units and departments through the development and implementation of sustainable transformative change and new opportunities for growth.Operational Excellence aims to be the premier strategic consulting and change management team, serving the Carolina community and influencing the academy of higher education.

• Co-Taught and advised two 15 student teams for 9 months that delivered the 37th and 38th Annual Undergraduate Business Symposiums collectively raising $210k in revenue and managing 1400+ participants across the 3-day event.• Redesigned and delivered a 10-session “Investment Banking Boot Camp” with 150+ students to help UNC sophomores compete with Ivy League candidates in the investment banking recruitment process. • Selected as 1 of 15 members on UNC’s Future of Work team to develop and roll out a hybrid work policy to 9k+ staff.• Served as the advisor for early talent recruiting at companies including Goldman Sachs, P&G, Wells Fargo, and more.• Led the messaging and implementation of our team’s transition from Dropbox to Microsoft Teams.

Undergraduate Business Program Employer Relations and Admissions• Coached employer partners on best-practice recruiting activities, driving a 170% increase in engagement.• Collaborated with admissions directors to form a new MBA pathway for recent graduates leading to 77 new enrollees.• Presented career services material to 80+ students at SPARK, a multi-day immersive orientation for 300+ students• Designed summer advising training series to teach staff professional coaching strategies to use when advising students.• Served as advisor for the UNC Marketing Club and helped students redesign their annual boot camp for a virtual setting.

I worked in the Sales Force Effectiveness department of the Global Sales Operations function at Quintiles (Now IQVIA). I supported an initiative to reengineer an outdated bid process for multi-million dollar proposals and gained approval for new recommendations.

Researched new reachable retention targets worldwide for Quintiles' future.Collected information from quarterly engagement surveys, compressed data and found patterns before relaying data and recommendations to Vice Presidents.Created websites for new teams added to the late phase department.Took over role for employee on leave connecting CPA's to Quintiles computer databases as well as the company they were contracted by.

Planned and lead a trip that brought 10 high school scouts 3500 miles across the country by bike. Over the course of 70 days, we biked approximately 70 miles a day from the Atlantic Coast of Maryland, to the Pacific Coast of Washington state. Along the way, we raised almost $25,000 for UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
