Birthday Wishes prepares "Parties in a Box" with cake, favors and gifts wrapped colorfully in boxes and bags. The new toys and gifts are donated, then wrapped and put together in regional offices. Worked with several agencies, companies and individuals to create outstanding ads, collateral and web projects that produced spikes in response, and in some cases, awards for creativity. Projects created with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Quark and Dreamweaver.

This Boston area direct response agency focused on circulation promotions such as bills, renewals, new business packages and in-magazine promotions. Printed material was mostly created using InDesign with Photoshop and Illustrator elements. Use of variable imaging was prevalent. Work evolved to more online and paperless communication. My role was to design the emails for an HTML programmer to execute.

My role was as lead creative in a corporate marketing department that served 6 statewide locations. Hornblower is a hospitality company, so my work was made to generate a personal and emotional response. I worked mostly in Quark and Photoshop in the beginning. Later InDesign was mainly used.A high volume of production was needed, as 10-15 ads per week were placed in newspapers, tourist publications and periodicals. Also, regular postcard and mailer campaigns were needed.
