Deploy and support all tools both onsite and cloud used in the everyday operation of Bohm Technologies. As well as support company IT infrastructure (Network/Firewall, Email, PBX, Printing, etc..)• Automate Everything!! Everything that can be automated should be: • Deployments using Drone CI, Github, Docker(YAML), AWS ECR, Ansible(Python) and Bash. • Backups using Python, Docker and AWS S3/Glacier. • Reporting using Python, Docker, S3, Quicksight.• Develop and Deploy software integrations(Python/JS) that fills in gaps in solutions between Bohm systems and 3rd Party Online services (Channel Advisor, Amazon, TaxJar, etc..) through the use of online API's(REST, SOAP, etc..) and SDKs(AWS Boto3)• Deploy these solutions using best practices and repeatable techniques with Low to Zero downtime(Docker, Virtualization).• Deploy and Maintain Relational and Document Databases for both Production, Reporting and Development Environments(Daily and Hourly backups offsite)• Evaluate, Utilize, and Support available cloud products for Bohm Technologies: • Cloud Providers(Current and Past) - AWS, Azure, Linode(Akamai), DigitalOcean, and Vultr. • Cloud Products - AWS(S3, S3 Glacier, IAM, Quicksight, Lightsail, ECR), Azure(Business Central, MSAL, Graph, AD), Linode(Compute, Object Storage, Firewalls, Volumes)

Design, develop, and support a web based tools suite that is used in the everyday deployment of quality assurance, installation, and upgrades of radio (cellular) and fiber installations across the US and Canada. Prime Engineer for testing the SSG System Manager for Alcatel USA. • Executed STPS (System Test Procedure Specifications) associated with the SSG System Manager.• Identified System Manager problems by opening Change Requests (CR) via Alcatel’s Problem Reporting Tool (PRT).• Worked with System Manager Development organization in the resolution of CRs.• Identified enhancements and suggested ways to implement them.• Created and Maintained System Manager installation scripts.• Assisted in the overall System Test activity as directed by Alcatel’s System Test Manager.
