I was challenged to reduce Worker’s Compensation claims that were, at the time, above the industry average. I accepted and exceeded that challenge. Some of my key contributions are as follows:• I planned, prepared, and managed an operating and capital expenditure budget; achieved $3.3M+ in cost savings. • I successfully achieved a 10% reduction in Worker's Compensation claims, and severity cost YoY for five years by introducing a new safety program nationwide to promote the new safety culture.• I streamlined and automated the vendor/facilities management system/process taking it down from 2000 to 1 by writing an RFP and selecting one national vendor with straight line pricing nationwide for each trade.
