Large scale Integration and Transformation Program (2 years - Australia / India):Transition team of EnergyAustralia's Integration Program (EAIP) as a Business Analyst.In March 2011, EnergyAustralia (formerly TRUenergy) acquired the retail customer base of Ausgrid in one of Australia’s largest M&A transactions. The acquisition represented an approximate doubling of EnergyAustralia’s customer base. The EAIP involved integrating Ausgrid's customer base into EnergyAustralia, enhancing processes, systems, and resources to support the larger mass market customer base (1Mil+ customer migration).Small scale 'Sales Pipeline' Project (3 months):Objective to increase sales revenue through improving customer systems and cleansing poor quality data.Lead team of initially 10 FTE (Later increasing to 18 FTE) to undertake data quality improvement initiatives.Implemented MS database and GUI to manage customer data quality cleansing activities, including Report and Dashboard development to monitor results and present findings to stakeholders.The project was highly successful - as of mid July 2013 (5 months after commencement), these actions have seen over 27,000 additional fulfilled customers for EnergyAustralia, resulting in $2Mil+ received revenue, continuously increasing.Digital Transformation Project (3 months):Retail website upgrade and online quoting implementation.Wrote requirements for vendor interfacing and pricing processes. Large scale Utilities Transformation Project (1 year, 3 months):E2E testing across all phases where my responsibilities included: Planning, executing and evaluating test cases, utilising HP's Mercury Quality Centre for test and defect management, test lead for post deployment verification testing.
