Farrell has more than 10 years of experience representing individuals and businesses in Massachusetts in a range of complex civil litigation matters including consumer protection actions, business disputes, suits arising from UCC violations in the sale and/or carriage of goods, 1st & 3rd Party insurance claims, and other civil lawsuits in both State and Federal Court. He has also successfully handled many real estate closings and other transactions during his career prior to joining Calabrese Law Associates.David’s current practice includes matters involving homeowner’s associations, Massachusetts condominium law disputes, business matters, real estate and construction disputes, land use disputes, as well as zoning/building code compliance.David received his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in Tampa, Florida and was admitted to practice law in Massachusetts in 2015. David is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA), Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA).
