This was done either by computer or telephone. Dealing with various people assuring that deadlines were met and all parties were happy. Problem solving on a weekly or daily basis. Working with clients to help improve and ensure a positive professional relationship.Highlights include working as a team to insure deadlines are kept and a satisfying end result, giving excellent customer service. Learning everyday on the job, which provided a better understanding of what is required from all parties involved, in the day to day operations.

This helped me experience exactly what the drivers were dealing with on a day-to-day basis. This also gave me knowledge of client’s locations so I could assist with future delivery issues. Working on the airport, I acquired knowledge of how the restricted security areas work. Working on the airport definitely was a highlight of my early career.I thoroughly enjoyed working at the airport, I believe the team environment and the experience I gained was the highlight of my early career.
