My duties consist of analyzing claims and verifying coverages for vehicles.I must speak daily with insurance agents and adjusters in a professional manner. As well as speaking with the insured to explain coverage reasoning and answer any questions they may have. It's my main goal to be customer driven and assist the insured in anyway. Whether finding an alternative solution or scheduling with a networking shop to repair their vehicle in full condition.

Chandler

My role consisted of assisting customers in financial deposits, transfers and transactions. I was required to fill out daily forms that played a role in keeping track of bank funds. It was a daily activity to count the vault and send over important documents to another department that secured them. There was a certain goal we had to meet by persuading customers to sign up for credit cards, loans and CD's.
