Manages a team of 3,232 employees, responsible for the oversight and management of facility O&M, construction, engineering, logistics support, and base life support services, of four military bases in Southern Afghanistan with an annual budget of $230 million.

Kandahar, Afghanistan

Provide management and oversight of project staff functions of Human Resources, Finance and Accounting, Project Controls, Estimating, Scheduling, Engineering Services, Quality Control, Health Safety and Environmental, Operations, Plans, Security and IT Communications. In support of Operation Resolute Support and United States Forces in Afghanistan (USFOR-A) at three geographically dispersed sites across southern Afghanistan.

Task Order Manager for the U.S Department of State Mission Iraq $240 Million dollar contract that includes an organization of 5,500+ employees and subcontract workers. Responsibilities include leadership oversight of Operational and Support functions at sixteen geographically dispersed Sites across Iraq.

Responsible for Operations, Business Operations, Future Plans and Operations, Engineering & Construction, Facility Management, Logistical support services (inter-Iraq transportation, supply management, power generation & vehicle maintenance) and Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, and potable water and ice production) in support of the Department of State and Other US Agencies in Iraq. Provided support to four Regional Project Managers across nineteen locations in Iraq and Kuwait.

Responsible for the Oversight and Management of New Construction Projects, Facility, Power Generation and Vehicle Maintenance Programs, Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water and ice production) of Seven Military Bases supporting over 10,000 U.S. and Coalition Forces with an annual budget of $300 million dollars. Managed and Lead a team of 4,000 KBR and subcontracted employees.

Al Asad, Iraq

Responsible for the Oversight and Management of New Construction Projects, Facility, Power Generation and Vehicle Maintenance Programs, Base Life Support Services (such as food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water production) of Four Military Bases supporting over 35,012 US Marines with an annual budget of $350 million dollars.

Responsible for the Oversight of New Construction, Facility, Power Generation, and Vehicle Maintenance Programs and Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water and ice production) throughout Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan with an annual budget of $2 Billion dollars to include all construction work. Managed and Controlled multiple tasks across the Middle East - over 120 sites, with 65,000 employees.

Mosul, Iraq

Responsible for the Oversight and Management of New Construction, Facility, Power Generation, and Vehicle Maintenance Programs, Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water and ice production) of four Military Bases in Northern Iraq supporting over 18,900 U.S. and Coalition Forces with an annual budget of $360 Million dollars. Managed and Lead a team of 4,900 KBR and Subcontract employees.

Bagdad, Iraq

Responsible for Support and Operation Functions for a $1 Billion contingency Base Life Support project in central Iraq consisting of twenty-two base camps in support of over 76,000 U.S. and Coalition Forces. As DPM of Support, provided day to day guidance and management of staff leaders for Human Resources, Procurement, Subcontracts and Materials departments, HS&E, QA/QC and Project Controls. As DPM of Operations, planned and executed New Construction Projects, Facility, Generation and Vehicle Maintenance Programs and Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water production). Successfully planned and executed all aspects of support for the US Military Surge operation.

Al Aasd, Iraq

Responsible for Stand up and Construction of Nine Military bases in Western Iraq. Services provided were: New Construction Projects, Facility, Generation, and Vehicle Maintenance programs and Base Life Support Services (food, fuel, laundry, sanitation, potable water production) supporting over 36,000 U.S. and Coalition Forces with an annual budget of $ 800 Million dollars.

Petrovec, Macedonia

Led a team of 600 expatriate and local national employees in the coordination and implementation of New Construction, Operations and Maintenance of Facilities, Power Generation and Vehicle fleets and Base Life Support Services (food service, fuel, laundry, sanitation,) in support of the forward deployed US Forces within the KFOR Theater of operations.

Bondsteel, Kosovo, And Trania, Albania

Led a team of 200 expatriates and local national employees in the implementation and execution of all activities of Operations and Maintenance in support of U.S. Forces deployed in Albania and Kosovo.
