In my current position, I support NOC managers in Asheville, Greenville, and Spartanburg with managing customer relations and overseeing interactions between NOC associates and customers. Here, I coordinate 24/7 shifts for three NOC data center locations and their staff to ensure proper coverage, facilitating weekly meetings for all associates to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate solutions. I administer the technical support knowledge base and maintain standard operating procedures and training programs to ensure accuracy and support professional development.
