In my current position, I support NOC managers in Asheville, Greenville, and Spartanburg with managing customer relations and overseeing interactions between NOC associates and customers. Here, I coordinate 24/7 shifts for three NOC data center locations and their staff to ensure proper coverage, facilitating weekly meetings for all associates to identify opportunities for improvement and communicate solutions. I administer the technical support knowledge base and maintain standard operating procedures and training programs to ensure accuracy and support professional development. Additionally, I assist associates with escalated and complex customer service issues and requests, reviewing processes, ticket quality, and interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.• Serve as panel member for new hires at seven locations and as primary trainer for all associates.
