I am currently the Senior Manager of Learning Analytics, Reporting, and Engagement within Choice Hotels International. In this position I split my time between leading data analytics for Choice University, the multi-award winning learning organization, managing the Electronic Compliance Committee which is responsible for modifying open property contracts within Choice Hotels International, and leading the Guest Satisfaction Awards Program which awards top performing hotels. I was promoted to this position from Learning Analytics and Compliance Manager, and previously Senior Analyst, Learning Analytics and Reporting.I was previously a Technology Solutions Analyst at Allegis Global Solutions. Within this position I was responsible for playing many different roles such as project manager of the Allegis Pay project, solutions architect, technical writer, and developer. I was a Business Analyst for Allegis Global Solutions as well where I was responsible for data analytics, reporting and new client implementation. I was promoted to the Business Analyst position from a Reporting and Analytics Associate role.Prior to me starting work with Allegis Global Solutions in January 2012, I was a tennis professional, administrative manager and customer service representative for First Serve Tennis for six months.
