Customer Experience Leader - Key Accounts (Staffing Assignment)
CurrentManage order fulfillment and product deployment from multiple DC’s to Key Accounts to achieve customer service levels and supply chain efficiencies. Serve as an interface between Sales, Operations, Transportation, Production Planning and the Customers to identify product shortages, prioritize product deployment, communicate product availability and coordinate customer delivery requirements.• Coordinate order fulfillment and scheduling activities, balancing Supply Chain capabilities & constraints to meet customer requirements and drive sales.• Reassign & release orders to DC’s with inventory to improve fill rates, on-time performance, reduce back orders and lower customer Non-Compliance Penalties.• Manage customer order expedite requests, overseeing order fulfillment to completion.• Analyze shipping trends and adjust Item Forecasts to align with order volume changes.• Develop Business Metrics & facilitate a weekly Business Review Conference Call with our Key Accounts to discuss the metrics, business trends and issues. • Monitor international & domestic production schedules, finished goods shipment dates and DC receipts to plan for product availability and order fulfillment.• Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and drive out costs.
