In this senior-level global Solution Architect position I contribute to Install Base transformation program especially for Radiology Informatics business toward the Vue (Carestream HCIS) platform and solution. As part of the small team appointed for that we created processes, tools, marketing material, trainings and we work in tied collaboration with all the markets globally to define strategy, approach, leading conversations with customers and showing the clinical and technical value of the system.In this role I acted as a SME for the platform identifying risks and opportunities in different transformation projects taking the opportunity to enlarge my network and getting to work together with teams outside of EMEA (especially Americas and APAC). I also got to identify gaps between old and new solution and worked with product teams to define and fill them by working with R&D as well having good personal relationships and trust. I’ve also defined, documented, and supported testing on services like the “offsite DR”.

The Integration specialist is the geek who knows what stays in behind of systems and have the skills to connect them and to realize complete and complex flows which spans across multiple products (part of the Company portfolio or not). In this role, I had to learn and/or improve in protocols such as HL7, DICOM; in Database such as Oracle; in IHE profiles and related transactions and languages. I also improved my programming skills in C# and JavaScript to support front end integrations.

I landed as consultant in ABB (Energy Automation) at the beginning of 2002 and worked in this Company for about seven years. In this period, I had the role of System Engineer and I’ve been a pivotal resource in the implementation of remote control systems for energy plant for Enel Green Power at that time. I created the configuration of the remote control system that ABB was developing and selling at that time including GUI and configuration of devices on site across the whole Italian territory. I implemented wind, geothermal and hydroelectric power plants travelling for most of the time.
