I am focusing my real estate-related efforts to eventually build a portfolio that will allow me to acquire or build new Assisted Living Facilities (ALF). I’ll Initially be targeting Central Florida but the need for additional ALF facilities is so great in all areas of our country that opportunities in other cities or states will be considered. My team and I will do the heavy lifting of locating, acquiring and maintaining licenses and mandatory training, staffing and operating the facility. I am intensely proud of my time in the military and profoundly appreciative of the sacrifices our military members, veterans and their families make every day.
