The Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC) is a non-profit organization that supports developmentally disabled individuals, including with the transition from living in an institutional setting to that of independent, community based living models.- Managed 34 successful projects that transitioned 86 individuals from institutions into remodeled  homes for specialized populations that included previously-incarcerated, children, behaviorally challenged, dual-diagnosis, visually-impaired, and medically-fragile. Created staffing and job training support with  $1M+ budgets.- Supervised projects that included obtaining financial funding, building permits, overseeing social worker transitioning processes, remodeling and construction of buildings.

Practiced as a first-responder EMT and successfully completed didactic and practical components of intensive San Francisco Fire Department-led paramedic program. Provided first-response treatment within a variety of environments and situations, utilizing assessment, vehicle and facility extraction, and emergency medical interventions in order to facilitate successful incident responses and save lives.
