I did a post diploma in staff management with the Institute of Leisure and Amenity management in Reading. Leadership ExperienceAfter, I obtained a post with a Parks department as a skills trainer then later a manager. These roles allowed me to develop essential leadership and management skills, as I was responsible for overseeing various projects with my team. This experience furthered my ability to drive change and foster growth within my department, as I began using the departments spreadsheets and word processing for administration.Global ImpactAfter further self-development and training, I moved into freelance training, focusing on computers. This career move took me to every continent except South America and the Arctic. Through this journey, I gained a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of diverse cultures and learning environments.
