Reviewed existing client projects for security and operations to implement best practice/NIST/CMMC. Implemented SCCM, created gold image and organization wide update procedures and trained local IT staff on its use. Created and documented procedures for the testing and roll out of new software to the organization via IT.

Contractor with DHS to oversee identified PSPD assets and provide maintenance, analysis, and mitigation. During this time assisted in creation of internal university called DevU, taught and scheduled brown bags, information sessions, and attended recruiting events.

Remote

Responsible for remote ongoing client projects including: VMWare roll outs. updates, and support. Implemented HA Exchange 2007/10/13 transition to 0365, infrastructure rebuilds of varying sizes depending on the client, implemented LAPs, set up OME monitoring of Dell server assets, notifications, and firmware upgrades, Trend Micro updates/rollout/vulnerability reports for management, and set/ monitored/ performed DR tests on Veeam backup solution. Performed security and vulnerability analysis and regular maintenance work.

Responsible for Exchange 2013, ProofPoint, BackupExec, and Windows 2016/2012R2/08 Enterprise server support, configuration, maintenance, and backup. Supported multiple data centers both remote and physical and assisted in deployment of new data centers both domestic and international. Managed patch testing, participated in the administration of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP across multiple offices and sites. Administered Hyper-V Servers and executed VM management tasks for both production and R&D environments. Responsible for diagnosing and solving outages or performance problems via Splunk, Icinga, and Microsoft’s System Center Suite.

Responsible for deployment and partial maintenance of Cisco phone system, Blackberry Enterprise server (5 and 10), and SCCM consoles (2007 and 2012).
