The role involved me liaising with several parties to ensure all bookings were covered with an appropriately experienced member of staff, agreeing pay rate and travel expenses, and ensuring everything was carried out correctly on the day, dealing with any problems that may have arisen in a professional and timely manner. The other part of my role was working on starting up a small Permanent recruitment team for Qualified Nurses. My main responsibility was to look after all of our members looking for Perm work. I built up the database that myself and my colleague created, to ensure it always contained the most experienced and recent staff possible, and keeping in contact with them on a regular basis. I was also responsible for sourcing candidates for all of the live vacancies we currently had, because of this I had to work closely with my Colleague to ensure I had enough information about the job, to be able to find the right person for the role.In addition to the above responsibilities I was also made responsible for negotiating and managing all of the online advertising accounts for the company, this meant I had to get maximum exposure for the company for the best possible price and ensuring all branches used the services in the best way possible.Due to the dual nature of my job, I had to have certain methods in place to ensure I made the best of my role, and hit all of the targets that were laid out for me.
