Lead the research, analysis, and translation of market offerings, industry best practices, user profiles and transaction data into effective user experiences for LTCP’s product portfolio and digital platform.Oversee design, functionality, and content to deliver an optimal, integrated, and seamless customer experience that meets client's, regulatory, and business objectives. Provide leadership, guidance, training and a development foundation to the UX team. Participate in cross-functional product initiatives. Lead internal department initiatives to set baselines, KPI milestones.Continuously evaluate functionality, content, design, and information organization against analytics, customer feedback, industry best practices, and competitor offerings. Manage recommendations for new features, performance optimization, and functional enhancements. Partner with IT to understand technical options and to collaborate on the optimal design implementation of these recommendations.Oversee outbound digital campaigns, coordinating potential traffic-driving events with stakeholders. Work the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), to educate, guide, and ultimately obtain buy-in for e-commerce related initiatives. Plan and execute regular studies utilizing focus groups, usability studies, and/or other methodologies to perform firsthand observations and gain direct insights from customers, partners, and clients. Synthesize results to actionable insights and deliver formal recommendations reporting to clients and senior management.

Lead the user engagement design for a new $10 million product line; digital strategy and design production. Research and define new digital initiatives to support ongoing design changes.Define project plans, timetables, budget, and monthly status updates.
