I lead a group of highly experienced solution architects with the goal of identifying and implementing Manufacturing 4.0, IIOT, and technology solutions for the life sciences manufacturing industry. I specialize in digital plant transformation at the enterprise/Core level ensuring standards are adhered to and financial efficiencies are realized. I work to understand our stakeholders' experience, skills, culture, project, and program requirements to develop and implement a plan for achieving their organization's goals. A key to being able to do this successfully is having broad experience in not only the different biologic technologies (ATMP, MAB, Microbial, OSD, etc.) but, also in having applied technical solutions across a broad set of customers with a diverse set of objectives. My experience includes everything from introducing customers to MES and the benefits of integrating it with ERP, PLM, DCS, and LIMS to creating plans for a centralized global core program with the goals of: reducing engineering and tech transfer costs for multi-product facilities, increasing the speed of product release through review/release by exception, harmonizing data for use in plant-wide analytics, and moving up the manufacturing maturity model.I have proven my ability to do this effectively while maintaining a positive, collaborative yet disciplined work environment using Emerson's Syncade and Werum's PAS-X platforms.
