I am a Senior Partner in the firm's Business Services Group. I have practised as a lawyer in private and corporate practice for over 40 years.I am a strategic adviser to private equity, public companies and small to medium sized businesses on a wide range of commercial matters. My experience includes advising on due diligence, acquisition and sale of businesses and restructuring. I am also involved as a Chair and member of governance and advisory boards for the SME market.My clients come from a range of industries including manufacturing, biotech, wholesale and retail financial services, property and construction, water, franchising and distribution, fast food, sport, hospitality and education.I have a special interest in mergers and acquisitions and helping companies create value in growth in their business.In addition to delivering legal advice that is practical, commercially sound and easy to understand, I ensure the business services team delivers advice that reflects an understanding of our clients’ industry, individual needs and circumstances.I am actively involved in two Governance and three Advisory Boards. I am also engaged to be part of specific Advisory Boards to assist shareholders to exit their business within certain strict timelines.
