I am personable and confident professional with a passion for property. I have undertaken and completed a number of tertiary qualifications including Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma of Business and Bachelor of Commerce (Property). I have worked in a number of industry sectors including property, leisure, entertainment and retail sectors. I have worked in the private and public sector in all three forms of government including local, state and federal governments.My professional career commenced at the City of Cockburn in 1991 as Recreation Officer at the City of Cockburn’s Lakes Complex. During this period I commenced a Diploma of Fire Engineering Management at the Perth TAFE. On completing my Diploma of Fire Engineering Management I satisfied the requirements for entry into Curtin University where I commenced a Bachelor of Commerce in Property. Over the next three years I also undertook my Advanced Diploma of Accounting at the Perth TAFE. After graduating from Curtin University in 1995 I commenced my professional career in the Property Industry as a Trainee Valuer at Century 21 Bonavita and Associates. In 1998 I commenced at the Value Generals Office and since then I have had a number of positions in both the public and private sector. During my property career I have had exposure in the areas of Valuation, Property and Facilities Management, Acquisition, Contract Management and Government processes.
