Primary responsibilities were to develop new business relationships at the appropriate ROA while maintaining existing client associations. I oversaw the Southern and Central California markets which represent approximately $250 million in annual receivable volume. Through a combination of outbound telemarketing and an extensive referral network I worked predominantly with CEOs and CFOs of retail businesses needing a consumer finance program to drive sales growth. Through a consulting sales approach, my role was to advise the retailer of the full range of products and services available to them by using Wells Fargo and coordinate all aspects of the setup process with various internal departments once the client had agreed to terms. I also worked with our risk analysis and legal groups to create the client contract with programs and pricing that fit the needs of retailer at a price point that fit the strategic objectives of Wells Fargo.

Managed 8 offices generating more than $100 million in annual product sales(credit cards, mortgage, auto and unsecured lending). Led this group of diverse individuals by being an effective communicator and finding ways to maximize each person's individual strengths.
