- Provide technical analysis and adjudication support for Data Analysis clients on the following EHR systems: Cerner, Invision, Centricity, Athena, EPIC, Allscripts, NextGate, Meditech, GE Groupcast, IDX, Soarian, Medicity, and HIE data warehouse- Install, configure and implement new features of ARGO’s software- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or application enhancements. Ensures assigned functionality is reusable and adheres to performance standards. - Write custom scripts for integration with hospital information systems- Create test scripts for implementation of EMPI applications and HL7 related transactions- Interpret technical documentation requirements for testing HL7 interfaces, API's and EMR systems- Responsible for implementation configuration and mappings (XML, Groovy, Log4j)- Work directly with internal and external customers to isolate and resolve defects or issues- Define business rules and requirements for technical systems - Analyze and test new healthcare applications functionality- Identify bugs and application enhancement requirements - Participate in architecture presentations and discussions with customers- Provide remote and onsite software installation and configuration assistance to customers- Provide remote and onsite assistance during pilot and/or production deployment of ARGO applications- Provide remote and onsite assistance to customers when performing ARGO version upgrades - Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues- Develop and manage technical documentation outlining process and procedures for both internal and external implementation projects- Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of hardware and software

- Install/Integrate Identity Management software across single or multiple HIS systems.- Conduct integration testing of HL7 interfaces to insure data is able to flow correctly between EMPI systems.- Conduct remote software installation, support, and QA via Remote Desktop, DameWare, SecureLink, LogMeIn Rescue, Radmin, WebEx, and NetMeeting. - Provide complex technical installation and implementation support services for Patient Access EMR/HIE clients to include database administration in MS Access, SQL Server, Ensemble Cache and Identity Management Product Suite.- Provide interface consulting on HL7 standards, to integrate MPI, EMPI and Smart Identity Exchange solutions with Patient Access and Identity Management clients.- Provide in depth data analysis and reporting of EHR/EMPI quality for Health Information Systems such as EPIC, Invision, MediTech, AllScripts, MedSeries4, NextGen, McKesson, Soarian, Affinity, CMPI, QCPR, and Star. - Utilize Crytstal Reports to generate in depth reports and statistics to identify duplicate rate of EMPI databases.- Have understanding of probabilistic matching algorithm functionality used for weighting, standardization of patient data and duplicate detection.- Extensive experience with QA and resolution of potential duplicates found in clients EHR and EMPI databases.- Conduct end user training for administration and support of Identity Management software and best practices.- Install and configure demo, training, and production systems used in AHIMA virtual lab educational courses and HIMMS presentations.- Document software installation services and technical issues and provide to client, project manager, and/or in customer database in accordance with case management policy.

- Perform full life cycle rollout of new computer systems and wireless portable computer stations for North Texas school systems.- Per project scope, install and configure Dell Servers and POS signature capture devices for Kirkland’s retail locations.- Image laptops/desktops running Win 2k and Win XP OS.
