As a partner in the Business Group at Ice Miller, I help our clients successfully close business and financial transactions. I lead teams who represent lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers in transactions ranging from $2 million to $1 billion. In the debt finance area, I advise clients on senior, mezzanine, second lien and derivative transactions relating to acquisition financing and refinancing, including syndicated and club deals, and involving both banks and alternative lenders. Through my experiences, I have developed problem-solving skills to deal with the common challenges that arise in complex or simple transactions. I provide a reassuring influence and steadily move deals forward with a calm and confident demeanor. I also serve as Office Managing Partner for our DuPage County, Illinois office. Ice Miller values teamwork, diversity, inclusion, professional development and community involvement. These values are critical to me as well and I strive to apply them in managing our office in Lisle. My family and I enjoy fishing, boating and snow-skiing. Our sons are involved in hockey, wildland firefighting and music performance and education, and we can often be found enjoying the great outdoors, hockey games, live music events, and the theater.
