I head up the technology org at BPL, establishing our initial hardware / digital technological systems to support 0-1 growth, and now iterating on strategy to allow for scaling beyond that. I lead on the Technology strategy and tactics we employ regarding: IT infrastructure, systems performance, network and database configuration, interfaces, employee and client onboarding/offboarding, device management and provisioning infrastructure, tool access management, and more to improve our productivity, capital efficiency, and down times.
