We might not get to the moon but we’ll achieve more than if we just aim for incremental change• Products not projects – a fixed scope, in a fixed time and a fixed budget is a unicorn. Invest in products with a clear vision and strategy and we’ll achieve a lot more • Problems not solutions drive innovation and value – if you give a product team a solution they will do their best to deliver it fast and efficiently. But give them a problem and they will amaze you with how they immerse themselves into the customer and the business context to find the best customer solution which in turns means that value will be maximised• Prioritising is hard – Imperfect information, lots of views in the squad and many stakeholders mean that it’s not always easy to decide what to build next. But what is most important is deciding to create action to start learning. And being able to pivot quickly is an essential capability.
