I am responsible for all IT operations at OneCoach. I maintain day to day operation of the OneCoach network, supporting remote staff, contractors and franchisees in the US and abroad on a variety of systems including Windows Servers, Desktops, Linux Servers and Mac workstations. I manage the company's web presences, including setting up servers, compiling applications, optimizing for performance, podcast and video delivery. I have integrated our Joomla based community site with our other sites, backoffice billing and InfusionSoft based customer management systems. We've maintained above average server performance using a combination of caching, memcache and cloud computing.In my first 3 months at the company I was able to save over $250,000.00 per year in IT expenses while improving service. This earned me Employee of the Month for December 2008. We've continue to manage our services by trending utilization and moving to more flexible systems.Work hand in hand with the management team and departments to tie together operations, sales, marketing and accounting. I transitioned CRM systems from a heavily modified SugarCRM system to InfusionSoft, supporting our workflows and provisioning. I also transitioned our ecommerce systems from 1ShoppingCart to InfusionsoftCreated and implemented a custom business coaching and consulting CRM and reporting system called MyCoach. MyCoach is integrated in realtime with our Infusionsoft CRM system using XML-RPC and a local database for high performance. I also trained the accounting, sales and marketing teams on using Infusionsoft and CoachNet and built reports to support billing.In addition to managing and supporting inhouse resources, I assist customer support, and act as an consultant to our clients both as a OneCoach inhouse consultant, and as a host on OneCoach's weekly Ask the Expert calls.In Spring of 2009, I was one of 12 employees selected to lead the restructuring the company.

IT Director for Planetwide Games. In charge of operations and web development in support of Planetwide's MMOG product and application software. I work closely with game producers, product managers, and sales to support various efforts. I also assist the CEO and CTO in identifying and evaluating new technologies and products. I supported the CTO in planning and developing the company's portal product HyperComics.com including configuring and managing the 3Tera AppLogic grid cluster and VMware ESX Development servers.

IT Director for Litronic. Managed IT support for 120 employees in two offices. Successfully managed IT integration with Saflink during acquisition in 2004. Applications included Rational Tools, SalesLogix CRM, Web Services for software delivery to govenment customers, and assistance in application architecture for the company's web based products. The company provides public key-based software and hardware including smart cards, security systems, and smart card readers and writers that secure e-commerce and data exchange across networks. Commercial customers come from industries including financial services, entertainment, and health care.

LAND-5 has received numerous awards and was awarded San Diego’s fastest growing companies award two years running. I was the first non-partner employee hired and worked in all facets of the company during it's growth period. I was in charge of the company's online presence (BBS) for it's software development arm as well.
