-Assisted in the managing the Organization's International Organization of Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System (QMS).-Assisted in the effort to prepare the Organization for the 2013 recertification of its ISO 9001:2008 certification.-Managed the preparation of the organization prior to the 2015 third party surveillance audit, conducted to ensure that the Organization is in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards, resulting in zero nonconformity's; spending more than 25 hours validating all internal records and documentation for accuracy and completeness, and more than 50 hours assisting the 10 sections within the scope.-Assist in administering the Organization's Quality Assurance Program.-Managed and coordinated the scheduling and execution of 48 Internal Audits, resulting in 19 Corrective Action Report's, which ensure that all sections are in compliance with the Organization's Quality Management System.-Managed and coordinated the execution of Quality Control inspections on 36,767 items. Ensuring items being shipped to customers have met quality requirements.-Assist and supervise the analyzing of supply operational activities, projects, trends, and procedures related to supply chain management improvements.-Assist in administering the Continuous Process Improvement Analysis control tools.-Served as a team member on a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project to improve the Organization’s Materiel Disposition process resulting in a 99% decrease in the backlog of items pending turn in, a 96% decrease in the process lead time to turn in items, and 1,600 saved man hours in backlog by streamlining the turn in process.-Assisted in conducting two Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt courses, training 34 Marines.-Supervise, plan, and conduct training of the Organization’s personnel on ISO 9001:2008 requirements.-Managed and coordinated the scheduling and execution of training for 428 Marines within the Organization on ISO 9001:2008 Requirements.

-Supervised and managed all Organic Supply administration operations the Redeployment, Retrograde, Reset, and Reconstitution Operations Group (R4OG).-Managed the accurate accounting of 1,714 Principle End Items (PEI’s), worth $22,292,485.-Assisted the Supply Officer with the management, accountability, and disposition of the Theater Provided Equipment account consisting of 63 US Army items worth $7,446,184.-Submitted all transactions keypunched for processing to ensure the accurate accounting and reporting of all on hand quantities on unit property records for all PEI’s.-Processed 2,490 transactions receipting for 19,669 PEI's worth $670,342,675; and 2,832 transactions redistributing, or disposing of 21,571 PEI's worth $912,735,382.-Manage the requisitioning of items and equipment in support of unit operations.-Requisitioned more than 8,194 items worth $220,994 in support of unit operations.-Maintain accurate accounting of all weapons organic to R4OG on both the unit property records and within the Crane web portal.-Managed 6 Armory Monthly Serialized Inventories and the Crane Small Arms/Weapons Annual Verification; requiring the verification of 1142 weapons worth $1,581,051.-Assisted in the transfer of 15,175 PEI's worth $189,658,166.52 from MEB-A to R4OG in order to facilitate the retrograde of Camp Leatherneck.-Act as an adviser to the Supply Chief and Supply Officer on Organic Supply matters.-Act as a role model to the junior Marines and help them develop technically,professionally, and personally.
