SOS International is the world's leading health and security services company. In this role, I:-Co-directed a 24-hour EMS service which provided emergency medical care and transport across the region. -Delivered point-of-service care with our multinational Clinic serving thousands of patients from all over the world. I often worked autonomously triaging patients, performing assessments, and developing treatment plans. We were also responsible for high-risk medical evacuations to Baghdad. -Trained 500+ personnel in BLS and CPR protocols. I was also responsible for tracking and ensuring civilian compliance with MOD 15 regulations, including TB testing, vaccinations, and physicals.

Alaska, United States

On the ground and in the air, LifeMed Alaska safely transports seriously ill or injured patients while providing life-saving medical care. In this role, I:-Provided advanced life support services and ground transport for high acuity patients. I assessed patients, initiated emergent interventions, and performed ECG monitoring. -Maintained accurate documentation and a high standard of outcome-based care while supporting patients through my positive, professional demeanor.

Afghanistan

I served as a Skilled Emergency Medical Technician with the US Army. In this role, I:-Performed expert emergency and routine medical treatment for troops and civilians. I assessed patients, monitored vital signs, treated wounds, collected lab specimens, delivered immunizations, dispensed medication, assisted physicians, conducted medical mission briefs, and provided thorough patient education.-Conducted over 200 combat missions while deployed to Afghanistan from 2011 – 2012. I performed Line Medic duties, managed medical mission planning, and provided Level 2 Aid Station care for high-acuity patients with combat wounds and other conditions. -Worked autonomously with high levels of responsibility. I signed for high-value medical equipment, supervised healthcare personnel, and frequently served as platoon’s sole medic. I demonstrated the ability to remain calm and professional under extreme duress.
