Bad Rabbit is a technical/software consultancy accelerating research administration with solutions designed to reduce RA administrative burden. I aligned Bad Rabbit’s messaging strategy to better match customer needs, modernized their marketing tech stack, and brought new analytics products to market.> Built a strategic plan for generating, qualifying and engaging leads, and implemented new marketing tech stack to automate MQL/SQL lead identification (new CMS-driven website, segment-targeted landing pages, email automation system with CRM integration).> Brought a new analytics and data visualization product built on Tableau and Power BI to market, targeted to B2B and large enterprise.

I built proposals for country-level FBA rates across all eleven (at that time) global FBA marketplaces, built models to estimate impact of price changes to selection and profitability, and defended my recommendations to senior leadership around the globe.> Analyzed, recommended, and implemented strategic changes to FBA fees to drive decisions on pricing of FBA to sellers.> Built SQL-based models to estimate the impact of proposed fee changes on product selection and revenue, enabling leadership to weigh likely outcomes before launch.
