Extensive international knowledge of traffic and transport management from an operational perspective.Specialties: Prior to entering consultancy I had 14 years experience with the Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) where I held senior positions in the emerging fields of traffic and transport management. I established the principles, operating parameters and standards for traffic operations in NSW. Application of my skills throughout South East Asia and North America have given me a unique insight into the application of traffic management solutions in a wide variety of environments.Throughout this period I gained a comprehensive understanding of the Sydney Coordinated Adaptive Traffic System (SCATS) and led a team of specialists responsible for system implementation and training provision to SCATS users worldwide.
