I've been fortunate to spend over 12 years working in the Talent Acquisition field. The first half of my career I was a top recruiter with a national recruiting agency mostly focused on IT and Engineering roles. During the latter half of my career I've had the opportunity to work as a consultant, on an RPO and as a corporate recruiter. Having held individual contributor to Recruiting Manager roles I've enjoyed evaluating and implementing applicant tracking systems, re-engineering recruitment processes, mentoring junior recruiters, partnering with hiring managers and writing impactful job requirements. In my current role I've successfully completed many executive searches and have recruited mostly in the IT, Marketing, Engineering and Finance space while managing a talented and high performing recruiting team.

  Responsible for leading a talent acquisition team and the overall management of all open requisitions and recruitment primarily for the Information Technology, Executive, e-Business, Finance/Accounting, Insurance and Marketing departments at AAA Northeast.
