Team member that developed the Gorgon Project and Barrow Island Emergency Management System, including bushfire planning and preparedness, cyclone preparedness and response, meeting training and exercising obligations under company and other (e.g. CASA) requirements and identified risks to Barrow island under multiple safety case within A Class reserve environment.Operationally, coordinated 24/7 coverage for Incident Management Team and ensured that preparedness and response activities were conducted inline with Oil & Gas company mandates for identified risks to the Gorgon LNG and WA Oil facilities. Barrow Island, Western Australia

Leadership role for Chevron Australia's WA Oil Asset performing all generalist H&S functions within onshore oil & gas facility, including providing subject matter expertise and mentoring in incident investigation process, worksite audits, permit to work, risk assessment and safe work behaviours. Coordinated emergency response training, exercising and improvement actions for the asset including undertaking role of on scene commander for incidents requiring immediate response.

South East Asia

Provided subject matter expertise on all health, safety and training issues for an offshore drilling environment, including advising on jobsite hazard identification and control, permit to work, chemical handling and management, auditing, risk management of unusual or higher risk tasks, helicopter operations, incident investigations and emergency exercises and training. Facilitated all training matters from flag state requirements to local "on the job" training modules and programs.
