Plan and implement the production of K-12 school titles and programs consisting of student and teacher editions, ancillary products and media components. Key liaison between production vendors, editorial, development, rights and licensing, and manufacturing/printers. Responsible for production budgets and a team of 35 contract workers. Direct all titles and media through an electronic production environment to meet delivery and budget commitments. Work with outside vendors to prepare quality products on time and within budget. Responsible for approximately 500 components per year. Work with senior leadership to implement production strategy and drive automated customization toolset.

Plan and implement the production of K-12 school titles and series consisting of student and teacher editions, along with assorted ancillary products. Further manage the production of media components such as eTexts, eBooks, NIMAS, all published on a variety of platforms. Key liaison between the production vendors, editorial, development, rights and licensing, and manufacturing/printers. Responsible for production budgets and a team of 35 contract workers. Direct all titles, reprints, and media through an electronic production environment to meet delivery and budget commitments. Work with outside vendors to prepare quality products on time and within budget. Responsible for approximately 500 custom titles per year.
