During the largest industrial shift of our century (ICD-10) our Claims Management account management group was awarded a #1 in KLAS ranking – the first such ranking in years. As a manager, I was able to anticipate a provider’s needs and concerns and educate the team on how to adjust and prepare resolutions proactively. Through preparation and education, ICD10 was a relative non-event for our providers.

Over five seasons as assistant coach, I was part of one high school state championship, two college conference championships, two NCAA National Tournament appearances, recruited and signed over a dozen all-conference performers, three all-Americans, and numerous honor-roll student athletes. Successfully built relationships throughout southwest United States at the high school and junior college levels leading to strong recruiting ties. Built strong relationships internally at each University to ensure smooth enrollment and housing for student athletes.
