I currently work as Quantity Surveyor at North Essex Homes after completing a MSc Quantity Surveying Masters degree with a Disctinction at Northumbria University. My role consists of creating founding data systems for cost analysis and structural measurements for residential projects. I conduct site visits to establish works completed to reference against invoice claims.Prior to this I worked as Commercial & Operational Assistant at JMC Drywall Ltd, where I established the digitisation of company files to enable a more streamlined reporting and analysis performance. I assisted management with cost valuations, invoicing, labour rates, data collection and materials procurement.I previously worked as a founding member of My Icon Ltd in 2011, as Operations & Finance Manager, overseeing the running of the whole company. I founded a subsidiary company, Podcast Merch, designing and selling clothing merchandise for podcasters and streamers including The Exploding Heads, Alistair Green, Alex Lowe and Bilal Zafar among many others.I specialise in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
