• Co-developed various machine learning algorithms to better predict the price fluctuations of McCormick's iconic raw materials. Utilized both internal and external data via APIs to generate training and test sets of data. Results were then piped into a Tableau dashboard to distribute to Leadership.• Established Global Spend Dashboard on Tableau Server using SAP HANA data sources. Parameters were used to give Procurement Community the ability to create custom reports. Enabled Tableau actions so stakeholders could drill down starting at the highest levels and moving down to PO specific transactions.• Fabricated material stock level report for all North America and European plants using Tableau data sources and python. Report has been critical in inventory monitoring during COVID as supply was in flux. • Re-vamped eSourcing kickoff strategy to streamline process, educate procurement stakeholders and align on business needs.• Member of the Commercial MMB, a cross-functional project based team looking at opportunities in certain commercial sectors. Reviewed and provided short and long term recommendations for category growth in the K-12 and Stocks and Broths categories based on consumer feedback, bid data and point of purchase data.

• Refurbished data collection process for bottler contractual and spend data. Data was then used for sourcing, benchmarking, and reporting.• Simultaneously supported 3 different regions (North America, Latin America, EMEA) through sourcing projects. Utilized latest e-Sourcing features to improve ease of use for both supplier bidding and internal analytics. $1.2 Billion in spend with $60 Million in savings.• Managed Latin America e-Sourcing event with over 9000 SKUs and 100 suppliers. Created stakeholder specific dashboards to compare and contrast multiple allocation scenarios. Used stakeholder feedback to adjust scenarios as needed to ensure allocations meet business requirements.

• Revamped previously established Freestyle Procurement database. Constructed ability to create dynamic and on-demand reports to stakeholders using SSIS packages and Tableau Server.• Extracted vital spend, forecast and inventory data from company ERP system. Connected different data formats to give Procurement Manager visibility which was not previously established.• Consulted on how to improve Procurement’s savings reporting system and created custom reports for team members.

• Created and managed the single database for Freestyle Procurement.
