CurrentTaught students mathematics from grades 7-12, including Algebra I, Algebraic Reasoning, Geometry, Algebra II, Math Models, Transition to College Mathematics, and Algebra III at the high school level, while mentoring and coaching students to help boost their confidence and competencies.Received the Teacher of the Year Award at Tegeler Career Center in 2019.Implement various classroom management techniques for maintaining student engagement.Use multiple assessments in compliance with district and state requirements to inform instruction.Facilitate the use of classroom technologies and software applications, such as Microsoft Windows, Word, and PowerPoint, to produce effective learning experiences including cooperative learning, thematic instruction and differentiation.
