Computational biologist with an emphasis in AI, gene editing, pediatric disease and cancer. Experienced with the algorithm design for (1) next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis and single-cell genomics; and (2) functional genomics and gene editing. I developed a set of CRISPR screening analysis algorithms that are widely used in the community (over 100k downloads and 2000 citations).
