For over 20 years I have been responsible for Project and Account Management within leading Professional Services and Software organizations. During this time I have been accountable for large Program Management and Business Transformation efforts. I have developed a diverse background in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt, distribution, transportation, sourcing, development of industry white papers and research, Third Party Logistics (3PL) Study, Global Warehouse Management Studies, and Green Transformation concepts. I have executed strategy and improvement programs across many different industry segments such as, High Tech, Consumer Products, Retail, Aerospace and Defense, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, and Contract Manufacturing. Using my interpersonal, organizational and communications skills I was able to maintain and grow my client base by leveraging past client experiences, reacting to market needs, and identifying new opportunities to help clients grow. My desktop experience includes MS Project, Visio, and implementation management experience with Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, RedPrairie, Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management tools, EXE Technologies, and Supply Chain Event Management tools (SCEM) GXS Logistics Visibility, Viewlocity, and BridgePoint.
