I am the Head of Digital Transformation projects, based at Huhtamaki Cupprint, part of the Huhtamaki Group headquartered in Finland.Huhtamaki Cupprint are a global leader in print services for the food and beverage industry.With over 28 years of experience in product management and software development, I have a passion for creating and implementing digital solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Since 2021 I have been working with teams in the Huhtamaki Food & Fiber group, assisting with the delivery of B2B commerce solutions in Nordics, Netherlands, France, South Africa, Benelux, UK and Ireland.Our solutions strive to help our customers, sales teams and customer service engage more efficiently using digital channels and services.In my current role, I am responsible for designing and executing our digital strategy and application suite that will create a consistent and seamless experience for our customers and staff. I work with very talented and creative people from a wide range of countries who are taking our services online, leveraging tools and services such as cloud computing, data analytics, digital marketing, ecommerce, PIM (product information management) and UX/UI prototyping and testing. I also manage communications with internal and external stakeholders, bridging the gap between business vision, budget & resource capacity and technical feasibility. My focus is on supporting the global digital strategy, through innovation, compassionate leadership, stakeholder engagement and successful project delivery.
