Provide project direction for Department of Labor reentry grant. Oversee subcontractors successfully complete their goals as agreed upon by state to correspond with USDOL regulations. Support front line staff in working with clients. Provide operational support for multiple OneStop Centers (American Job Centers) across several states. Adjust and modify budgets as needed. Create Operations Guide and Program Policies. Guide the completion of safety, project management, and financial goal from corporate office. Assist in providing personnel management for staff. Present program information to agencies and the Workforce Board on the success of the centers.

Direct a grant that serves Tampa FL, Washington D.C., and the Promise Zone in South Carolina. The grant is a Reentry grant from the Department of Labor that works with 18-24 year old young adults. The program teaches soft skills, gets career credentials, provides Work Experience training, and other job skill training to participants. My role is oversight, policy creation, budget modification, and the primary liaison between staff and the Department of Labor.
