Provide all IT project design, development, management and support for state-of-the-art online candidate screening technology. Manage all ongoing support for forward-looking technical strategy and research for future enhancements.• Designed, developed, tested and implemented the Profiles to Partners online candidate screening system. Provide ongoing support, upgrades and refinement for this unique, trademarked system, which serves a wide variety clients ranging from small organizations to Fortune 500 companies. The Profiles to Partners system has screened more than 2000 candidates since implementation.• Design and delivered client user training, both online and in-person, on the Profiles to Partners online candidate screening system.
