• Primary responsibilities include:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensure all systems are operating as expected

• Successfully stood up a brand new facility bringing on 250+ new associates
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of over 50 associates

• Responsible for identifying all stakeholders, defining scope, business and technical requirements, identifying and mitigating risk, and finding solutions to the most complex projects the team is assigned.
• Lead multiple teams through all stages of development lifecycle and act as project manager to ensure implementations stay on track and on budget.
• Responsible for translating BRD into functional specifications and test plans. Closely coordinated with both business users and developers for arriving at a mutually acceptable solution.

• Developed and implemented several new processes as well as standardized documentation where possible to allow a more efficient internal approach to project analyst and development resulting in faster more accurate.
• Interact with all stakeholders including customers, vendors, business and technical personnel as well as organization leadership to ensure mutual understanding of process and application.

• Successfully manage large complex IT projects for a very diverse group of clients including large national clients and smaller local customers.
• Acted as business analyst and project manager successfully developing and installing numerous applications from conception through implementation.o Maximize productivity by setting clear expectations and proactively.
• Effectively led a project to develop requirements for vendor selection and completed the related RFP for vendor selection process to launch a large, multi-year web application development project.
• Effectively led complex data migration project on time and on budget for the National Environmental Health Association. The system is now servicing over 10,000 members and credential holders.

• Provide all IT project design, development, management and support for state-of-the-art online candidate screening technology. Manage all ongoing support for forward-looking technical strategy and research for future.
• Designed, developed, tested and implemented the Profiles to Partners online candidate screening system. Provide ongoing support, upgrades and refinement for this unique, trademarked system, which serves a wide variety.
• Design and delivered client user training, both online and in-person, on the Profiles to Partners online candidate screening system.
