I have spent the past twenty years training, researching, and applying my knowledge to the document imaging and technology industry. I have become well versed with both office and production imaging equipment. I am a Fiery Certified Expert through EFI. I also have certified training for freeflow servers, as well as experience with creo servers. I have many years of experience with multiple OS platforms including Microsoft, Mac OS, and Linux. I also integrate new equipment with a wide variety of customer networks. Other areas I have years of on the job experience are job workflows and automation, firewalls, routing and switching, servers, network security, and pc hardware/software repair and modification.I have also managed multiple projects ranging from three to four pieces of equipment being integrated into current customer business to major overhauls and pre/post sales support of entire medical facilities, digital imaging businesses, and major tier manufacturing companies.As of April 2019, I moved into a production sales/analyst roll for the full Xerox production product line including Primelink, Versant, Iridesse, IGEN and Baltoro inkjet. I also consult on our many software offerings such as XMPie, FreeFlow Core and Predictive AI.
