Scrum Master and Release Manager for the legacy CMS Infrastructure team and CMS development teams using Kanban, Jira iTrack and Align. Responsible for planning and coordination of:• Day-to-day activities of the team (8 team members), including 4+ deployments per month (AEM 6.1, 6.4), OS patching (Linux), software upgrades (RHEL, Nginx, Apache), etc.• User management and security analyst tasks, ensuring that user access is accurate and least-privilege process is followed• Driving migration of older AEM versions and internally-created apps to new CMS platform (newer AEM version and Sanity.io), while planning for retirement of current platform• Coaching team on general Agile best-practices and Kanban process• Ensuring effective communication among team members around the world (US, India, Mexico, Philippines)

Scrum Master, Release Manager, and Project Lead for multiple CMS and website initiatives using Scrum and waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities included:- Scrum Master for SEO team (8 team members) ensuring proper SEO coverage on web pages- Led application upgrade activities (OpenText TeamSite), including software upgrades and patching- Ensuring vulnerabilities and defects are resolved within the SLA- Release management (2+ releases a month) for multiple applications in the department (release planning, release documentation, release calls, etc.)- User management and security liaison- Migration of applications to DevSecOps (automated deployments, testing and security scans)- Coaching team on general Agile best-practices and ensuring Agile process is followed properly
