Tailored services (physical & digital) to create full ecosystem- Targeting a new & rapidly growing customer segment: ride hailing drivers, car rental and car sharing jockeys (B2B2C) as well as the on-demand mobility operators (B2B).Running Used Case with customer to develop hub attractivity.- Managing E2E project including external stakeholder like PMO / EPCM / public authorities as well as internal like CPO / MSP / C&P.- Expending with new locations by managing a pipeline of exciting third-party locations like car parks, shopping malls, exhibition center & airports. Leading tender process from offer submission to oral defense.- Advise & support all Shell EV entities (Home to Work, Destination , On Street and On the Go) by sharing best practices, learnings, and mobility customer portfolio.- Contributing to several tender success : EV public tender from the French Metropolitan Community of Le Havre or EV Motorway tender.

Optimize and coordinate full delivery cycle from blending plant to B2B / B2C / Go Forward customers - 150KT / 90000 deliveries per year (staff management of 10 schedulers)Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiencyMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements using CI methodologiesLiaise and negotiate with 3P suppliers ( > 5 including RDC & Haulier)Resolve any arising problems or complaints in cooperation with Sales Force / Supply Chain (Production & Planing) / Customer Service Center

LSC : Lubricants Supply Chain is responsible for planning, production and delivery of lubricants to Shell customers and distributor partners all over the world. We provide the bedrock of Shell’s customer value proposition through security of supply and assurance of superior product quality.- Ability to manage tender implementation of Hauler contract in market conditions demanded focus on an harder cost savings : implementation of a new haulier performing first class analysis to facilitate quick and correct decision then making and achieving cost savings as well as haulier rationalisation.- Drive the "drum beat" approach to OTIF performance and lifting logistics process to a "top class" level : Using analytical skills and ability to break down complexity in a rigorous approach to run to ground the correct process- Delivering LEAN approach to unlock value and improve customer experience
