I have over 13 years of experience in the food service industry, working with various products, standards, and systems.I have developed a lot of human resources skills, such as interviewing, hiring, orientations, and progressive discipline, that enable me to manage a diverse and high-performing team. I am also skilled in process improvement, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and quality. I am looking for a slight career change that would allow me to leverage my food service expertise and customer engagement skills in a remote and/or hybrid position.
