CurrentOver the last 20 years, David Nadler has been a tenant, landlord, homeowner, property manager, and both a residential and commercial real estate broker. One thing that’s been consistent is that he has lived and breathed real estate in two of the country’s most dynamic and interesting markets. A North Shore native and longtime Chicago homeowner, David learned the real estate ropes in Manhattan, where he embraced the tenacity and no-BS approach of New Yorkers. With clients that have included the likes of successful business owners, Chicago city officials, Food TV personalities, a legendary comedy club owner, hedge fund and finance executives, doctors, lawyers, first-time renters, seasoned buyers and sellers, and other fascinating people from all over the country and overseas, he learned a thing or two about people along the way.What does all of this experience mean?
